Travel Options:
Virgin Australia, Tiger Airways and Jetstar offer flights to both Proserpine Whitsunday Coast Airport and Hamilton Island Airport daily. Greyhound buses set down at Airlie Beach daily. Trains also arrive daily in Proserpine. Or you could self-drive!
How To Get To Blue Horizon:
From Whitsunday Coast Airport, approximately a 40 min journey to Blue Horizon Resort Apartments, we can arrange an express air-conditioned shuttle service for $20 per person one way or $35 return. Taxis are also available from the Airport at a higher rate. Please contact reception to prebook your transfers.
From Hamilton Island Airport, approximately 1 hour journey be ferry, we can arrange a ferry service to meet your arriving flight, arriving at the Port of Airlie Marina close by to the hotel.
Self Drive guests should follow the Bruce Highway north if travelling from Brisbane or south if travelling from Cairns, and find Airlie Beach by taking the turn off at the town of Proserpine, following Shute Harbour Road until Airlie Beach.
